These terms apply to lessons, programs, and text messages from Olson Golf Academy LLC ("Olson Golf Academy," "we," "us"), a golf instruction business serving Utah Valley. By booking a lesson, submitting a form on this website, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS / text messaging program
Program name: Olson Golf Academy Text Messages.
Program description: Olson Golf Academy LLC sends text messages to people who give their mobile number on our website signup form. Messages cover:
- Customer care messages: replies to lesson inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rebooking, and follow-up notes after a lesson.
- Marketing messages: lesson specials, clinics, camps and programs.
How to opt in: give your mobile number on the signup form on our website (olsongolfacademy.com). Signing up is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies, typically a few messages a month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again on our website.

Lessons and bookings
Lesson prices are listed on our website and may change; the price at the time you book applies. Lessons are held at the location Tyler confirms when you book. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can.
Assumption of risk
Golf involves physical activity and moving clubs and balls. You participate at your own risk and agree to follow your instructor's safety directions and the rules of the facility where the lesson takes place. Lessons for players under 18 are booked by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on the player's behalf.
